Like all Vedic architects, designers and consultants, my job is to compose harmony from the many different vibrations and to align the vibrations of individuals with the life-giving order of the Universe.
I am happy to provide advice on the design of any object, either verbally or in writing.
These objects can be jewelry, furniture, household items, residential buildings, plots of land, residential parks, commercial premises, commercial complexes, educational, medical, law enforcement or firefighting facilities, hotels, guesthouses, as well as temples, temple complexes and statues (representing any religion) and Ashrams.
I am also happy to undertake to hand over a certain object (e.g. a building) ready for use in the area if someone is unable to deal with it, which covers everything from finding the plot to handing over the keys, i.e. you just have to move in.
In addition, I am also happy to make Lingams.

Planning & correction
I am available to give suggestions for correction of buildings / structures / objects.
For this I use space, time and the resulting dimensions as well as structures and layouts for new projects and corrections.
For an existing building, I correct the old space/room with a new space/room.
In more than 90% of cases, this does not require any serious intervention or dismantling.
The dimensions and layout of the old room are being reshaped, i.e. the new space is formed by 4 new corners.
The exact dimensions and dimensions of these corners create a new atmosphere that creates a more favorable resonance.
Unfortunately, the options are limited; it is not possible to correct everything in this way.
The properties of the current space must be thoroughly and carefully studied, how or at all this ancient method can be improved, but the most important aspect is the rotation of the object relative to the cardinal directions.
If the rotation is AGNI-PRACHEE (unfavorable) this type of correction is not recommended.
It has already been requested, but the effect is a lot weaker.
In this case there are other options such as one (or more) lingam, sculpture, placement of new furniture or modification of jewelry, ...
On the other hand, if the situation is happy and SUDDHA PRACHEE (parallel to the cardinal directions) or ESA PRACHEE (preferred rotation) is the state of the object, this correction is a very effective solution.
If there is too much rotation or even a 45-degree rotation, the Hartmann net will be severely distorted, which will negatively affect habitability and health, and it is recommended to move away from there.
There are no additional criteria or they are secondary (e.g. slope).
With such a 4-corner-correction, the object and its associates benefit from a drastic positive change after 2 months at the latest.
The new favorable response, on the other hand, begins to take effect immediately, and the previous conditions begin to change without inconvenience.
This correction is used worldwide and is 100% successful everywhere.
I can fully confirm this in some European countries too.
This type of correction can arrange and eject aquifers, underground magnetic grids, and improve the quality of life in all aspects.
Healing and stress relief are the primary effects.
Business is starting up again, even if they were close to bankruptcy by then.

Whether it's jewelry, a chair, a table, a bed, a statue, a lingam, a shrine, a hall, an apartment, a business premises, a building, a temple, a temple complex, a residential complex, or an entire city – the dimensions are the most important thing!!!
In our daily lives, the things we wear or use for protection, such as clothing, shoes, everything we eat, or medications, have specific measurements. Even in cocktails, we measure liquids, sugar, and other ingredients to enjoy the taste of the drink. Arbitrary measurements can impair the taste of the food. When we go to the store to buy shoes, the salesperson measures our feet to give us the perfect shoe that will make us comfortable while walking. The same thing happens with the tailor who sews the clothes. The doctor, too, prescribes pills or medications according to the patient's physical strength. This means that without measurement, we cannot enjoy or understand the world.
When a space is enclosed, the size and shape of the boundaries surrounding it determine the vibrational frequency of the space. So, when the energetic space, like a building, is enclosed by four walls, the building comes alive with this special energy and becomes a rhythmically vibrating, living organism—determined by the Aayadi measurement.
The chosen calculation corresponds to the characteristics of our own inner vibrations. Through their resonance, the occupant of the house can be in harmony and connection with universal space and experience spiritual and physical happiness.
Aayadi is a measure of the frequency or rhythm of the building—the greatness of the house. An insufficient Aayadi diminishes the quality of the building.

- Windows and doors, especially the front door, regulate the energy flow and energy quality in the building. They connect the building with nature.

"If a seed is not sown at the right time, it will not bear fruit."
- Time is key to everything and must therefore be strictly adhered to.
Generally, we should NOT do anything constructive during the waning moon, as this is the time when the energies on our planet are dwindling and influence our actions. The energy of the waning moon is suitable for downsizing, selling, or destroying.
In addition, there are two days of the week (Tuesday and Saturday) when no construction is allowed at all, and there are also lunar months when it is disadvantageous or even dangerous to begin construction.
If we want to build or begin something that will advance our lives, the waxing moon, from the first phase to the full moon, is the right time.
There are astronomically determined favorable phases of the moon, but the best way is to know the breathing of the universe and choose one of the eight times of the year when the breathing of the universe pauses.
This neutral phase occurs (as in humans) before inhalation and lasts 18 minutes on our planet eight times a year, which is called Vastu Bhoomi time.
This is an astronomical time, and although many people try to find the right time astrologically, such a perfect time—like the aforementioned Vastu Bhoomi time—occurs perhaps once every 5,000 years, if it can be found at all.
These special short periods are one of the main requirements with regard to Vastu, and the beginning of any temple construction takes place exclusively during this time.
Particularly important steps in the construction of a building:
- First ceremony on the site where the construction will take place
- Laying of the foundation stone
- Beginning of flooring laying
- Beginning of wall construction
- Beginning of roof construction
- Installation of entrance doors
- Positioning of the entrance threshold
- Installation of windows
- Celebration at the very end of construction
Furthermore:
- Moving in (with overnight stay there that day!)
- Beginning of renovation work if a building already exists
- Signing of the purchase and rental agreements
For ceremonies in the countryside (property, farm, etc.), during the laying of the foundation stone and during the move-in, the use of the Vastu Bhoomi Puja (ceremony) is recommended; otherwise, a secondary date is sufficient, such as the moon phase and the day (not Tuesday and Saturday!) or an astrological date.
We will only move in once the work is actually completed! The interior design is not important.

What happens if more residents want such a pleasant building?
Not only the building, but also the person has a vibration that can be measured in sound and resonance, although it is as inaudible to the human ear as the building.
This sound can be calculated from the moment of birth. I would like to add that it has nothing to do with the horoscope, although it can be calculated from the exact birth data.
It is quite common for 2 people (or more) to live together in such a way that their vibrations (voices) are not in harmony with each other, which requires different compromises between the people living together and which is not always comfortable or pleasant. Of course, it also happens that there is harmony between them.
In this case, the simplest example is a piano.
Let's say that 2 or more people want to live together in complete harmony and be pleasant with each other.
If we press down 2 or more keys at random (as many as people want to live together) and listen to the sound that the piano emits at that time, we can notice that the sound obtained by the several keys is harmonic or even false. In each case, a note must be found for the next key, which keeps the created harmonic note still in harmony, or changes the false one into a harmonic one. This additional key represents the building, the sound of which strengthens the previous harmony, or the false sound generated until then becomes pleasant.
This is the main task of a Vastu building and is valid for all Vastu-made objects and Lingams, and even for a mantra that one uses in meditation.
Vibration is a huge power and it should be used positively.
Health vibrates differently than illness.
Happiness vibrates differently than sadness.
Wealth vibrates differently than poverty.
Luck vibrates differently than bad luck.
Success vibrates differently than failure.
Love vibrates differently than the absence of love.
These and many more quality of life can be calculated and embodied in resonance space and 'programmed' into any object, in addition to the fact that the residents or users are filled with a sense of well-being while they are in harmony with others and nature.
Toilets and stairs are two very critical aspects according to Vastu.
Generally, the toilet should not be located within the Vastu Purusha Mandala, nor should the stairs leading to the upper floor or the basement.
If someone wishes to have them inside for convenience, both must follow very strict rules to avoid damaging the energies. For this reason, they are usually placed outside the Vastu Purusha Mandala, but it is still best to place the toilet farther away from the house. For modern people, this may not be the most convenient solution, but sacrifice brings success.
Neither our ancestors nor advanced civilizations placed the toilet in the room where they cooked, slept, and lived.
Staircases create an up-and-down movement of energies, which is why they must be treated very carefully. This depends not only on their exact location, but also on the number of steps, their possible turns, and their course—regardless of whether they are placed inside or outside the Vastu Purusha Mandala.
- A plot or building should not be irregularly shaped and disproportionate, or too long (stretched). If it is, the plot or building should be corrected according to Vastu rules (not always possible).
- In the area, it is also important to consider where water is located (reservoir, river, lake, etc.), tall trees, mountains, temples, cemeteries, etc and how late the sunrise may be.
- Regardless of the surrounding features of the plot, one should not forget about the quality of the soil, which should be tested according to Vastu!

In a building designed according to Vastu, not a single square inch is wasted; that is, it is perfectly and consciously designed for full functionality. This means that the expected quality of life can usually be achieved in a building that is much smaller than imagined.
Vastu primarily emphasizes quality, not quantity.
In turn, excellent quality enables a high standard of living that people could not even dream of in the past - I say this from experience!
Without this science, building is more of a gamble than a conscious one.
We can also view our home as an extension and protection of our body, much like clothing. A perfectly tailored dress feels very-very different from a store-bought one.
A well-designed Vastu house is therefore the main key to a good life, as it provides stable and continuous protection against the vagaries of all elements.

The Lingam is the embodiment of the Pranava Veda, of "OM" and the mechanics of creation and is the most ancient, most healing, and most powerful tool in Vedic sacred geometry. In temple it has a place mainly, but there is a ‘portable’ version and it also occurs in nature. We prepare this.

A specially made Lingam protects, creates abundance if its math (dimensions and proportions) are precisely calculated and its material is adequate. It supports all levels from the deepest: spiritual, material, financial, success, career, health, reputation, protection, relationships, harmony.
Wherever placed in a space, it 'repairs', strengthens, enlivens and, most importantly, protects.
Located in the north, it increases financial flow and good luck, balancing the closed north - female energy - as well as the faulty southern - male energy - direction.
In the East it improves the defects of the East and the West, helps to advance in life, while in the Northeast it also improves the Southwest and all areas of life, creating harmony with a view to the future.
It may still be a good place in the Northwest.
Completely in its element, it is in the centre of space, where it is almost capable of miracles and corrects or just supports the whole space and all directions.
Its placement must be as accurate as possible in all cases.
The Lingam is a radiant, energetic blessing, a beam of light that increases the flow of health and well-being with the power of the Universe. It gives energy and balances the innermost part of the body - the soul - by which it has an excellent harmonizing effect on the body as well.
A Lingam is made with very precise care and, of course, by hand, specifically and strictly over time in rhythm. The selection and processing of the material is strict and precise.
